MyStats is a website property of Be A Contender Online Games.
Be A Contender was founded in 1999 by senior software engineer and NHL hockey fan Brad Barkhouse. Mr. Barkhouse initially focused on creating and offering online games via an online gaming website property, now located at games.beacontender.com. The very first game happened to be a fantasy hockey pool, named Red Light Hockey, which did moderately well. However, after realizing the frustration of trying to find affordable, reliable sports stats, he took the leap and invented his own stats engine. And so MyStats was born!
But we wouldn't expect people to love our products if we didn't love them too. And so, to put our money where our mouth is, MyStats will eventually be the sole stats provider for our very own fantasy sports site, to be released sometime in the future. For today, the focus continues to be on providing the highest level of sports statistics to fellow webmasters and small-to-medium online fantasy operators. We hope you find MyStats as useful as we do.
